Selena D. Millhouse is the founder and managing principal of LiteWork Global Solutions LLC, a Maryland-based government contracting firm she established in May 2025. A service-disabled veteran, Selena brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to every engagement — grounded in integrity, accountability, and results-driven execution.

With a background spanning management consulting, administrative operations, logistics coordination, program support, and construction oversight on projects exceeding $800M in cumulative value, Selena built LiteWork to provide federal and state agencies with a responsive, certified small business partner that delivers with the precision of a larger firm and the agility of a small one.

Under her leadership, LiteWork is actively pursuing federal contracts and opportunities across Maryland and Texas, while building its certification portfolio through SDVOSB, WOSB, and Maryland MBE/DBE pathways.
